NER ROUNDUP - OPEN WEEKEND

Swimmers competed under the N & D Performance Programme alongside their peers from BOSSS, Derwentside, Tynemouth, Alnwick, Tynedale, COSASC, Hartlepool, Darlington, Gateshead, Sedgefield, and for the first time, Morpeth got to swim in relays.


Morpeth was well represented in the relay events and was joined by swimmers from the 14yrs age group; Gabi Freeman, Seren Tallantyre, Hollie Gillie & Jacob Light to compete in the National Qualifier Relays

Men – 14/16yrs 4x100m Free – Jacob & George (C) 14th

Women - 14/16yrs 4x200m Free – Libby (A) 3rd / Kate (B) 5th

Men – 14/16yrs 4x200m Free – Jacob & George (C) 7th

Women - 14/16 4x100m Medley – Libby (A) 2nd, Gabi (B) 4th , Kate & Seren (C) 9th Holly (D) 11th
