About Masters/Tri Squad
The Masters/Tri Squad offers a weekly coached training session for athletes of all abilities aged 16 & Over
Sessions are delivered by Triathlon Coach Paul Jones.
Paul ensures a friendly relaxed environment to help get the best out of swimmers.
The minimum requirement is the ability to swim 200m freestyle without stopping (it doesn’t need to be quick)
Sessions will be structured with a warm-up, technique, endurance and speed work and a cool down.
Sessions will be adapted to suit abilities in each lane with a variation of strokes.
Pull Buoy & Kickboard (don't worry if you haven't got them)
