Changes to training this weekend due to competitions.

Friday 2nd December

C3/C2/CY @ Ponteland will finish at 8:30pm.

All other sessions as normal.

Saturday 3rd December

No training for C3 (land or pool).

No land training for P, pool session will be 8-10am for P only.

C1 as normal 7-8am

Sunday 4th December -

No session for C2/CY.

Minnows as normal
