SE Commonwealth Games Test Event Birmingham 21st May 2022

Morpeth's Kate Kennedy will be travelling to the new Sandwell Aquatics Centre, to take part in the Swim England Commonwealth Games Test Event. This promises to be an awesome experience, racing at the brand new pool built for the Commonwealth Games Birmingham 2022. The event, a rehearsal of events for Day 1 at the CWG later this summer, will have a strong England Talent Team, experienced coaches and a sports science support team full of knowledge, expertise and enthusiasm to support participants through the event.

Swimmers over 15yrs were invited from the National Development Programmes.

Morpeth's Libby Freeman was also invited but unfortunately, the event clashes with the ISF

World School Games and she had to withdraw.

Good Luck Kate!
