Friday 31st March: Coach on Poolside will be Ash
Swimmers please arrive at 17:30 for a 17:45 warm up
Saturday & Sunday: Coaches on poolside - Lindsey & Michelle
AM - Swimmers please arrive at 8am for a 8:30 warm up
PM - Swimmers to arrive at 12pm for a 12:30 warm up
Please make sure swimmers have a list of what they are swimming and when.
Spectator information:
Friday admittance will be 17:45 Saturday & Sunday admittance will be 8:15am
Charges for spectators: Single session £5 / Full day £8 / Full weekend £14
Training Friday 31st - C3 will finish at 20:30 at Ponteland
Swimmers are expected to train the evening before a gala
