About the event
Can all swimmers have the club top on at all times whilst on poolside, if you do not have a club top yet can you bring a spare top just for poolside please.
The following is recommended:
A hat and a spare
Goggles and spare set
Swim wear and a spare set
Plenty of water, food and snacks - NOT NUTS PLEASE
A towel for poolside and spare
Swimmers will be able to go to parents at the lunch time break and they will be advised of their afternoon warm up times.
This is a fun one day gala and all swimmers are advised to stay on poolside to cheer on their team mates until the gala has finished.
Anyone with a prior commitment can you let me know before the gala please.
Approximate finish time will be 5:00 - 5:30 pm
