About the event
Can all swimmers have the club top on at all times whilst on poolside, if you do not have a club top yet can you bring a spare top just for poolside please.
The following is recommended:
A hat and a spare
Goggles and spare set
Swim wear and a spare set
Plenty of water, food and snacks - NOT NUTS PLEASE
