Please arrive pool ready with plenty of liquids and food (its going to be a hot weekend)
Saturday 16th arrival times:
AM 7:15 Prompt ready for 7:30 warm up
PM 12:45 Prompt ready for 13:00 warm up
*Finish is estimated at 6pm - Swimmers will be advised to leave after their last race of the day (please confirm with the lead coach prior to leaving)
Sunday 17th arrival times:
AM 7:45 Prompt for 8:00 warm up
PM 12:15 Prompt for a 12:30 warm up
*Finish is estimated at 4.30pm - Swimmers will be advised to leave after their last race of the day (please confirm with the lead coach prior to leaving)
If warm up times are changed, we will post on the club's fb page & website.
Message from Gateshead and Whickham Swimming Club
Room on poolside will be limited so we ask that all swimmers leave their bags in the lockers provided.
Tickets can be pre-booked from Sunday 10th July at 10:00am
Spectating is limited to 250.
We kindly request that only 1 ticket per swimmer is booked.
Proof of booking will be required on the door where payment will be taken. Please note card payment will be available on the day.
