We are looking forward to seeing everyone at the Alnwick Dolphins Autumn Meet this Sunday 16th October. Please find attached the final programme.
We have a very tight schedule on Sunday. Willowburn does not open until 8am and the first warm up starts at 8.10am, therefore please can swimmers arrive ready to swim.
Spectator Information:
Please find below final spectator information for the Alnwick Dolphins Autumn Meet. Willowburn opens at 8:00am. Warm up and session times are as follows (please note adjustment in start time for afternoon session): Morning Session 8.10am-8.25am - Boys 11yrs and over warm up 8.25am-8.40am - Girls 11yrs and over warm up 8.40am-8.55am - 10yrs and under mixed warm up 9.00am session start Afternoon session 12.30pm-12.45pm - Girls 11yrs and over warm up 12.45pm-1.00pm - Boys 11yrs and over warm up 1.00pm-1.15pm - 10yrs and under mixed warm up 1.25pm session start
Spectator entry will be charged at £5.00. Cash only.
We are not expecting to need to limit entry, but spectator numbers will be monitored and entry will be closed should numbers reach the maximum permitted limit for the venue.
Spectators are reminded that there should be no movement of swimmers between poolside and the spectator area. All swimmers must enter and leave the pool via the changing rooms. Swimmers are asked not to take large bags poolside and instead make use of lockers in the changing areas (£1 coin required - refundable).
An event program (order of events) will be available and is included in the spectator entry fee.
A schedule of events (including swimmers' names and heats) will be published on the Alnwick Dolphins website. Spectators may wish to download this to their phone or print out in advance of the gala. It is also attached to this email.
We will be running a live results service on the day via the Meet Mobile Swim App, which can be downloaded to your mobile device.
