Morpeth ASC New Masters/Tri Squad starting 10th September 2022
Saturdays 5pm – 6pm @ Morpeth Riverside Leisure Centre with Triathlon Coach Paul Jones
£25 per month
Paul will coach an hour long session each Saturday for Masters and Triathlon swimmers. We are also looking at the possibility of offering a weekday morning session once the squad is up and running.
The minimum requirement is the ability to swim 200m freestyle without stopping (it doesn’t need to be quick)
Sessions will be structured with a warm-up, technique, endurance and speed work and cool down.
Sessions will be adapted to suit abilities in each lane with a variation in strokes.
Paul ensures a friendly relaxed environment to help get the best out of swimmers.

Please note: all members of Morpeth ASC must pay an annual fee to Swim England
The fee for September is £26.50. This includes your Swim England Membership fee of £19.
