Warm up times
Friday 21st October
5:20 – 5:50 mixed warm up for a 6pm start.
Saturday 22nd October
Morning session - 8am warm up for a 9am start
Afternoon session – 12:30 warm up for a 1:30pm start
Sunday 23rd October
Morning session - 8am warm up for a 9am start
Afternoon session – 12:30 warm up for a 1:30pm start
(afternoon warm ups subject to change depending on the morning session)
Spectator entry (wrist band only) will be charged as follows
Friday evening £3.50 per person
Saturday/Sunday £5 half day £10 full day per person.
Cash or card payment is welcomed
The host is not expecting to limit spectators but they will be monitoring numbers and if they reach capacity for the venue entries will close. Parents/guardians are not permitted to enter the changing village throughout the gala and
there is a no photography/video policy within the premises.
